Pilot Induced Patch Co. was started by a few dudes in Primary Flight Training with the goal of making fun, meme-like patches, with a dabble of some moto-warfighter patches. Centered around our own style, military aviation, and to give back to our community. It was hard to manage, and grew faster than we could handle.

Now were a little grown up and consist of a team of Naval Aviators, and a Maintenance Officer. PiPCo was a lot to manage without a larger team, so we took a long pause got back on our feet and Induce Greatness Co. was started we are moving forward with more than just patches, but our hobbies including firearms training and resources.

Our goal is to push forward as a community, not just some dudes who fly planes and just make patches. But to grow with our hobbies and share them. We truly believe that we can all be great and do great things.​

 

It takes some commitment, some training, a lot of effort, and a good community to Induce Greatness.
